Super Eagles Chinese based forward Aaron Samuel scored a brace for Guangzhou R&F in their 2-2 draw with relegation battlers Guizhou Renhe on Thursday in the Chinese Super League.
The Nigeria international restored parity for his side eight minutes after Ricardo Santos gave the side the lead in the 70th minute.
The 21 year old however doubled his side’s lead six minutes later, but it was cancelled out Xavier Chen in the 88th minute to earn the host a share of the spoil.
The draw sees Guangzhou R&F place 11th on the log and they will face fourth placed Shandong Luneng in their next game on Sunday.
Aaron Samuel who starred for the Super Eagles against Chad has now scored six goals in 14 appearances and has been booked five times.
Recall that he has been linked with a move to Russian side CSKA Moscow.
