Former U-23 forward Junior Ajayi has returned to training for his Egyptian club Al Ahly, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Ajayi suffered a muscle injury a fortnight ago and missed his side's last three games in all competitions.
He joined his teammates in training on Thursday ahead of their home clash against El Daklyeh on Saturday in the Egyptian Premier League.
According to Ahly's official website, Ajayi should be fully fit next month.
Ajayi has been a key player for the Egyptian champions this season, scoring five times in 16 games.
Meanwhile, the football director of Al Ahly, Sayed Abdel-Hafiz, has stated that heavy fines will be imposed on players who breach the newly announced media ban.
A media ban was forced on all Al Ahly players on Tuesday following comments made by Al Ahly players Emad Meteb and Ahmed Fathi expressing their dissatisfaction towards previous choices and comments made by the technical staff.
"Players who breach the ban will be fined 200,000 Egyptian pounds," said Abdel-Hafiz in a statement on the club's offical website.
"As for those who will give comments on decisions made by the technical staff or the administration will be fined 500,000 pounds."
