Hull City loanee striker from Arsenal, Chuba Akpom, has expressed his delight following Alex Iwobi's UEFA Champions League debut for the Gunners against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.
Arsenal lost 5-1 to the Bundesliga champions with quartet of Thomas Mueller (brace), Robert Lewandowski, Arjen Robben and David Alaba getting on the score sheet.
Iwobi was introduced for Arsenal goal scorer, Olivier Giroud, few minutes to the end of the match.
Reacting on the loss through his Twitter handle, Akpom described it as an unfortunate result, but happily hailed Iwobi's progress.
"Unfortunate result yesterday for the Gunners, but proud of my brother Alex Iwobi making big steps."
