Ahead of the November 12 World Cup qualifier with Nigeria's Super Eagles, the Algerians are sending a five-man delegation led by a top FA official to inspect facilities in Uyo.

The delegation will be received in Lagos by the Nigeria Football Federation Vice-President Sheyi Akinwunmi from where they will fly to Uyo to see the stadium, training pitch and hotels as well as make transport arrangements for their fans and contingent. Earlier this year, Egypt also did the same arrangement and ran away with a draw against the Eagles in Kaduna .

Meanwhile, the Algerian team proper will land in Uyo on November 10 for their crucial  Russia 2018 World Cup qualifying fixture against Nigeria, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

The players and their officials, Completesportsnigeria.com learnt, will travel aboard Air Algeria flight from Algiers for the game.

An advance party of top officials of the Federation of Algeria Football are however expected to visit  the country earlier  to sort out hotel accomdation and other logistics before the arrival of the main delegation.

The game will be played on November 12 at Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.

The Desert Foxes started their campaign with a disappointing 1-1 home draw against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon last Sunday.

A players revolt led to the resignation of Serbian coach Milovan Rajevac on Tuesday and the FAF are looking to appoint a substantive coach before the match.
