Dani Alves has claimed he will stay at Barcelona this season, but is upset by the lack of support shown in him by the club.
The Brazilian full-back has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool said to be interested.
However, the defender has insisted he wants to stay, but says he deserves more respect.
“I’ve decided to stay here with Barça. The day will come when I need to leave, but I’d like to leave here with the feeling that people believe that they have had a professional at the club,” he told reporters.
“If I left now I’d be going without that feeling. It has seemed that everything going on at the club has been my fault.
“I live from year to year. When questions were asked I said that I needed to speak with the manager. I wanted to understand his intentions.
