Fast rising Nigerian midfielder, Afeez Aremu, grabbed the winning goal for his Norwegian club, IK Start who beat Stabaek 2-1 in a league game at the Sparebanken Arena on Sunday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
IK Start who are battling to avoid the drop conceded a goal four minutes after the break before fighting back to win it.
Kevin Kabran started the comeback when he netted the equalising goal on the hour mark.
Aremu scored the winner a minute later to continue his start to life in Norway.
The former Akwa United star has now scored three goals in 16 league outings for IK Start.
Kjetil Rekdal’s men sit in 15th position in the 16 team Norwegian league table having garnered 14 points from 16 games.
