Arsenal Chairman: Any Wenger Decision Will Be Mutual

Arsenal chairman Sir Chips Keswick has reacted to calls calling for Arsene Wenger to resign as manager by imsisting the Frenchman will stay till the end of the season.
The calls for Wenger, who has been Arsenal boss for 20 years, to go became more strident after the humiliating 10-2 aggregate defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.

“We are fully aware of the attention currently focused on the club and understand the debate,” Sir Keswick said in a statement on the Arsenal website on Thursday.
“We respect that fans are entitled to their different individual opinions but we will always run this great football club with its best long-term interests at heart.
“Arsène has a contract until the end of the season. Any decisions will be made by us mutually and communicated at the right time in the right way.”
