Didn’t have much to do in the game but proved her class the few times she was call into action.
FAITH IKIDI 6/10
The experienced right-back was at her true best in the game. Ikidi was solid defensively and also supported the attack as well. She was substituted at half-time for Josephine Chukwunonye.
ONOME EBI 7/10
A commanding performance from the team’s captain. She was one of the reasons why the Super Falcons kept a clean sheet in the game.
OSINACHI OHALE 7/10
Unlucky to receive a yellow card in the first half. She formed a formidable partnership with Onome Ebi at the heart of the Super Falcons’ defence.
NGOZI EBERE 7/10
Defended with zeal and contributed positively to the team’s attacking play.
HALIMATU AYINDE 7/10a
Lacked composure on the ball in the opening minutes of the game but improved like the rest of the team in the second half. She was replaced by Amarachi Okoronkwo 10 minutes from time.
RITA CHIKWELU 5/10
Looked heavy and didn’t assert herself in the game much. It was a surprise she stayed on the pitch for the entire 90 minutes of the game.

A near flawless performance from the midfielder who was handed her first start of the competition. Okobi was unlucky not to get on the score sheet late in the game.
FRANCISCA ORDEGA 8/10
She was a torn in the flesh of the Zambians in the game. She provided the assist for Desire Oparanozie ‘ s first goal and gave a powerful performance all through. Won the official woman of the match award.
ASISAT OSHOALA 5/10
A disappointing performance from the reigning African women’s Footballer of the Year. Oshoala missed a number of great chances in the games. Her major contribution was providing the assist for Rasheedat Ajibade ‘ s third goal of the game.
DESIRE OPARANOZIE 7/10
Scored Nigeria’s first goal of the game and gave an improved performance from the first game. She was replaced by Rasheedat Ajibade.
JOSEPHINE CHUKWUNONYE 6/10
Took the place of Faith Ikidi after half-time and proved a good replacement for the experienced defender.
RASHEEDAT AJIBADE 6/10
Scored a sublime goal following her introduction in the second half. She was also handful for the Zambian defence in her brief spell on the pitch.
AMARACHI OKORONKWO 5/10
Replaced Halimatu Ayinde 10 minutes from time and scored the fourth goal of the game.
