Flying Eagles assistant coach, Nduka Ugbade has said his side will be merciless against the Junior Crocodiles of Lesotho.
Eagles will clash with the Southern African foes on August 16 at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna in the final qualifying round of the 2015 African Youths
Championship (AYC) holding in Senegal from March 8 to 22.
The six-time African champions edged Tanzania 4-1 on aggregate while Lesotho stunned Southern African foes, Angola to pave the way for the two-legged epic clash.
Ugbade said his side are poised to achieve a decent result in Nigeria to make the fortnight return fixture in Maseru, Lesotho, a mere formality.
“Our preparations are going on wonderfully well, we’re strong and good to go against Lesotho”.
“We’ll strive to end the game here in Nigeria, at least, three or four unreplied goals will do the magic.
“Then the return fixture in Lesotho will turn out to be a different ball game as the side will be compelled to come out which will further open them up for the killer punch.
“We’re ahead of other African nations at the moment in terms of quality, we play with information and command a sizeable number of the Golden Eaglets stars that ruled the world recently.
