Azeez Rejoins Almeria For Pre-season

Almeria Nigerian midfielder Ramon Azeez rejoined his teammates for pre-season as they prepare for the start of the La Liga season in Spain.

The midfielder was a surprise inclusion in Nigeria’s final 23-man squad for the just concluded World Cup in Brazil and played only one game for the Eagles as they reached the second round.

The former Flying Eagles captain was instrumental in Alemria’s ultimately successful battle to avoid relegation from La Liga last season.

The 21-year-old player has made four international appearances for the Super Eagles with his debut coming against Mexico.
