Super Eagles midfielder Michael Babatunde has officially terminated his contract with Ukrainian club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The Nigerian is been owed four months salary by the last season's Europa League runner-up, prompting the Nigeria international to quit the club.
Babatunde who could only manage five games for Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk is said to be frustrated at his lack of inactivity despite joining this summer on a free from Volyn.
"Michael won't return to Dnipro again as he has left the club for good," a close source revealed exclusively to Completesportsnigeria.com.
Our source added: "He already has offers from Portugal, Greece and Turkey, but that will be decided before the transfer window closes next month.
Meanwhile, UEFA has revealed that Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk face being banned from playing in Europe unless $1.9 million in overdue payments are settled by next month.
The Ukrainian club owes 840,000 euros ($910,000) to other clubs and 902,000 euros ($980,000) to staff.
Dnipro has until Jan. 31 to make the payments or UEFA will ban the club from the next European competition it qualify for in the next three seasons.
Dnipro, which was eliminated from this season's Europa League in the group stage, has to pay a fine of 100,000 euros according to the report in UEFA.com.
