Cristiano Ronalo has admitted that he is a big fans of Lionel Messi's magical left foot.
Both superstars, along with Neymar, are up for this evening's 2015 Ballon d'Or award and spoke at a joint press conference earlier in the day.
When asked what qualities they admire most in each other Messi said: "I don’t feel envy. That is a negative trait. Cristiano has lots of quality, lots of things that every player would love to have."
Ronaldo said: "His (Messi') left foot is really good and I would like to have that!"
Neymar said: "I would like to have both feet!"
When asked if he saw Neymar as his successor, Messi said: "No I don’t think he is anyone’s successor. He will be himself. He is going to be a great, he will evolve and grow. He can be whatever he wants to be. He is an extraordinary player but he is a great human being. They make me good and they also make the team good. We have a squad of excellent quality."
Messi and Ronaldo added on the mental pressure of being always nominated, the Barcelona star saying: "No on the contrary it is a source of pride to be here, to be chosen by our coaches. It is truly an honour. It is a feeling of privilege to be here and we are thankful."
Ronaldo said: "To be here is a great honour. We all want to win. I am happy with my season. I didn’t win an important trophy but I'm happy with my individual season."
When Messi was asked if he would rather win five Ballon d'Or's or one World Cup, he added: "I'd take one World Cup over winning five Ballon d'Or's as team achievements will always outshine individual ones for me."
Ronaldo explained why he wears the No 7 shirt, saying: "I remember when I signed for Manchester United that I wanted to take No 28 shirt as I wore that at Sporting Lisbon. But the coach [Sir Alex Ferguson] said "no I want to give you No 7". I was a bit afraid as [David' Beckham wore the shirt but I said "OK". Since then I have won everything in that No – it's lucky for me."
