Super Eagles defenders, Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong, displayed their generosity by donating gift items to the children of the Mother Charles Walker Children’s Home, Anua in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The pair, who are currently in the Super Eagles camp preparing for the forthcoming international friendly against DR Congo in Port Harcourt on Monday, took time out to extend their generosity to the children at the home.
The items donated included electronics, food and other supplies, and the stars took pictures with the excited kids and their guardians.
Troost-Ekong, who is a native of Akwa Ibom State, has formed a good partnership with Balogun with the pair fondly called the ‘Oyinbo Wall’ as a result of their solidity and mixed blood .
Troost-Ekong featured in all of Nigeria’s six World Cup qualifying games while Balogun made five apprearances.
