Barcelona have insisted that their superstar Neymar will not be sold at any price.
The Spanish club's President President Josep Bartomeu has declared that despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain, the Brazil forward will not be leaving Camp Nou anytime soon.
“He is not on the market," Bartomeu told The Associated Press in an interview on Thursday.
Neymar, 25, joined Barcelona in 2013 and his current contract will expire in 2021.
But PSG are reported to be willing to meet the forward's €220m buyout clause.
However, an adamant Bartomeu insists the Neymar, Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez forward line will remain intact for the foreseeable future.
He added in the AP interview: “He has a contract for the coming four years and, of course, we count on him. He’s part of our team. He’s part of this trident.
"These (buyout) clauses are impossible to activate, if you want to comply with the financial fair play. If someone doesn’t want to comply, then of course it can be activated.”
