Bayelsa United Players Continue Protest At Government House

Players of Bayelsa United (pictured here) on Wednesday continued their protest of the non-payment of their sign-on-fees for two seasons.

Completesportsnigeria.com understands that the players had spoken to the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah (Rtd), who assured them that the money will be paid to them before the end of last week, but the players were yet to get their entitlements despite the assurances.

The outcome of their discussions at the Government House was not known at press time.
