The duo of Amao Opeyemi and Bosede Momoh have been selected by CAF to officiate in the football event of the 11th All Africa Games in Brazzaville, Congo.
According to the Nigeria Football Federation, Opeyemi will officiate in the men's event, Momoh will be involved in the women's.
Also CAF picked Nigerian referees Abel Baba and Ferdinand Udoh as assistant referee 1 and reserve referee respectively for the CAF Champions League group A match between Moghreb Tetouan of Morocco and Smouha FC of Egypt, billed for Tetouan on August 23.
And according to the NFF, the latest recognition by CAF is down to the capacity–building programme of the present NFF administration, which sent two batches of referees to the United Kingdom for educational purposes in December 2014 and February 2015.
The U-23 Eagles and the Super Falcons will take part in the football event of the All Africa Games.
The All Africa Games will run from 3-18 September.
