In football, they say; “it’s never over until it’s over”. After Lobi stars fc lost to Gor Mahia fc 1-3 in the first leg in Kenya, some football fans {including my humble self} wrote off Lobi Stars fc, but with the solitary away goal scored by the team in Kenya, Lobi Stars fc just needed to score two un-replied goals in the second leg match to be played in Nigeria, which they did. Lobi Stars fc did the needful yesterday by scoring two unreplied goals against Gor Mahia fc to play in the group stage of the lucrative CCL, where they will rub shoulders with top football clubs in Africa. Thank God the goal scored by Gor Mahia fc in the second leg match in Enugu was disallowed; if not, it would have been a different story altogether.
