Shooting Stars Sporting Club (3SC) of Ibadan coach Fatai Amoo has warned Nigeria’striker home-based Super Eagles not to expect an easy ride when they face Benin Republic in the first leg of their 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier in Cotonou on Sunday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
“Our players should expect a tough game against Benin in Cotonou,” former Nigeria U-23s assistant coach Amoo told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“The era of inferiority complex is gone because every country now believes names no longer play football.
“Every country wants to qualify for major tournaments and as such set up structure to achieve such goals.
“Coach Salisu Yusuf has picked his players and the team have been in camp for two weeks now. But it is time to deliver against Benin.
“I hope the players will play their hearts out and not underrate their hosts.
Barring any last minutes hitches, the CHAN Eagles will travel to Cotonou from Lagos on Friday for Sunday’s clash.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
