The home-based Super Eagles players on Tuesday resumed training in Kano ahead of their 2018 CHAN play-off against Benin Republic, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
This was announced on the Super Eagles' Twitter handle on Tuesday.
Last week, the players were permitted to feature for their various clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 32 on Sunday.
"Back to work. The team has resumed training after players were released to their clubs over the weekend. #2018CHAN qualifiers," the Super Eagles handle states..
The home-based Super Eagles will be guests to Benin Republic in the first leg of their 2018 CHAN play-offs on August 13 in Cotonou.
The return leg will be played at the Sani Abacha Stadium Kano on August 19.
Benin Republic eliminated Togo 7-6 on penalties in the first round after both legs was tied at 2-2.
