Chelsea Confirm Falcao Loan Deal

Chelsea confirmed on Friday that they have signed Radamel Falcao on a one-year loan deal from Monaco.

The Premier League champions announced the deal on their official website, writing: “Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce we have agreed terms with Monaco for the season-long loan of Radamel Falcao.

“The Colombian international will link up with Jose Mourinho’s squad for the 2015/16 campaign and said: ‘I am very happy to be joining Chelsea and can’t wait to start training and help with our aim of retaining the league title and being successful in Europe.’

“The 29-year-old has built a reputation as one of Europe’s most feared strikers, having started his career as a teenager in his homeland before joining Argentinian giants River Plate in 2001.”

I think it okay for chelseafc to sign Falcao bt we need a better player.

  • I love u falcao welcome to chelsea enjoy your stay in stamford bridge

  • It’s a welcome developement. The performance of Falcao will determine his age. If as at 2001 he signed and played actively for River Plates football club, what is his real age now? Mind you, 14years is no fluke. If he was 18years 14years ago, he will be 32years now. I wish him best of luck
