Serie A side Chievo have parted company with manager Lorenzo D’Anna following their poor start to the season.
I Mussi Volanti are already at a disadvantage this season after being deducted three points last month for false accounting.
They have started the season with only two draws and six losses from eight games, meaning they find themselves on minus one point ahead of the upcoming international break.
The decision has been made to sack D’Anna, who had only been in charge since April after being promoted to the head coach role following Rolando Maran’s departure form the club.
“Thanks go to D’Anna for the work done with commitment, seriousness and professional honesty since day one,” the club said in a statement.
According to reports in Italy, former national team boss Gian Piero Ventura is expected to be named as D’Anna’s successor in a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
