Team Nigeria women’s Basketball side, D’Tigress coach, Scot Nnaji, is making fast recovery ahead of the commencement of the basketball event at the on-going 11th All Africa Games, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Nnaji was spotted at the Kintele Sports Complex Saturday morning with plaster of paris, POP, on his left leg, and he said he was making a fast recovery from a tendom rapture injury.
“It is getting better, at least I can stand on it,” Nnaji told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“It’s a tendom rapture I sustained, not here in Congo”.
The Basketball event of the on-going 11th All Africa Games dunks off next week and Nnaji reveals the delay was ocassioned by the fact that gymnasium is also using the same facility.
“Basketball venue is at Makelekele where gymnasium is also taking place. We understand that gymnasium will end on September 7.
