Nigerian left-back, Elderson Echiejile, has been linked with a move away from French club, AS Monaco Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The 30-year-old defender who returned to French club AS Monaco after a successful loan spell at Belgian side, Cercle Brugge, where he helped the team gain promotion to the Jupiler division, has been link with a host of teams from Turkey and Belgium.
“There are few hours left to the transfer window to shut, but lets see what happens. There are teams from Turkey and Belgium that have shown keen interest,” the former Sporting Braga defender told CSN.
“But if nothing happens, I have to fight my way back into the Monaco squad.”
Completesportsnigeria.com gathered that Gozetepe and Cercle Brugge are the two teams in talks with the 2013 AFCON winner who recently extended his deal at Monaco by a year.
Echiejile was left out of the Super Eagles squad to face Seychelles in Victoria on 8th September.
