Pharaohs of Egypt will arrive Nigeria aboard a chartered aircraft on March 23 for the crucial first leg fixture of their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria, Completesportsnigeria.com can report.
The players and their officials, Completesportsnigeria.com scooped, will fly straight to Kaduna two days before the crunch clash, and are expected to have a feel of the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna the next day.
"Our team will travel to Nigeria in a chartered plane from Cairo to Kaduna two days before the game against the Super Eagles," a source in the North African country revealed to Completesportsnigeria.com.
"The Egypt Football Federation have put everything in place to ensure the team come back from Nigeria with a positive result and we hope the team will do well in the game.
"We have a good chance of qualifying for the AFCON, and we will not let it slip by."
Egypt who have missed the last three editions of the AFCON presently top Group G with six points after winning their opening two games in the qualifiers.
Nigeria sit in second position with four points after a win and a draw.
