Israeli side Hapoel Be’er Sheva are prepared to offer Super Eagles vice-captain Austin Ejide a new two year deal.
A close source to the 30-year-old shot stopper revealed that talks are still ongoing over his pay package but a mutual agreement has been reached for his extension.
“Talks are ongoing but I believe there’s already an agreement to extend his stay there in Israel.” he revealed.
Ejide who has been very impressive for the Ligat side after keeping four clean sheets and conceding 11 goals in 12 games is one of the most experienced players in the squad.
Hapoel Be’er Sheva also have another Nigerian, John Ogu on their books and are currently second on the log with 25 points from 12 games, three adrift leaders Ironi Kiryat Shmona.
