Nigeria Professional Football League side, El-kanemi Warriors have unveiled Mohammed Babaganaru as their new technical adviser, reports Completesportsnigeria. com.
Babaganaru takes over from Imama Amapakabo who left the club at the end of last season to concentrate on his job with the national team.
Babaganaru managed Yobe Desert Stars last season but his one-year contract was not renewed following the club’s poor showing in the NPFL.
He was replaced by Ngozi Elechi who penned a two-year deal with Yobe Desert Stars last week.
Babaganaru is one of the most experienced gaffers in the NPFL having managed clubs like Kano Pillars, Nasarawa United and Wikki Tourists.
El-kanemi Warriors struggled to make an impact under Amapakabo in the NPFL last season and make it to the last 16 of the Aiteo Federation Cup.
The experienced tactician will look to make an impact with ElKanemi Warriors -after struggling in his last two jobs with Wikki Tourists and Yobe Desert Stars.
He was sacked at Wikki Tourists two seasons ago after failing to match the achievement of his predecessor, Abdu Maikaba paving the way for Bala Nikyu.
The 2018/2019 NPFL season will kick-off on December 1st.
