Former Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Emenike scored the only goal as Fenerbahce defeated Konyaspor 1-0 away in the Turkish Super Lig on Monday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Emenike scored in the 25th minute to help Fenerbahce with the win.
It was Emenike's third goal in eight league appearances for Fenerbahce this season.
In the Swedish top flight, erstwhile Super Eagles forward Chinedu Obasi was in action for AIK who lost 1-0 away to IFK Gothenburg.
While Obasi played for 90 minutes, his Nigerian teammate, John Chibuike, was introduced for Anton Joensson on 84 minutes.
And in the Danish top division, Nigerian duo of Rilwan Hassan and Paul Onuachu were in action for Midtjylland who beat Esbjerg 3-1.
Hassan was in action for 90 minutes, while Onuachu came off the bench to replace Martin Pusic in the 71st minute.
