Enyeama who has previously won the Israeli double twice with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the 2012/2013 and 2009/2010 conceded a goal in each half as PSG clinched a second successive domestic treble at the Stade de France.

The former Super Eagles skipper had helped his side to six straight wins and just one defeat in their last 12 Ligue 1 outings but was unable to stop the Argentine duo of Javier Pastore and Angel Di Maria who scored the winner in the 74th minute after Djibril Sidibe has restored parity for Frédéric Antonetti’s side.

In England, Kelechi Iheanacho scored a brace for Manchester City who defeated Stoke City 4-0 to keep Manuel Pellegrini’s side on course for a top-four finish.

The game was Iheanacho’s ninth start of the season and 23rd appearance of the campaign while the brace took his goal tally to five in the English Premier League and 11 in all competitions for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

At the Vitality Stadium, Mikel Obi featured as a makeshift centre-half in Chelsea’s 4-1 win over AFC Bournemouth. The Nigerian skipper was making his 30th appearance for the Blues this season with 21 of those coming in the EPL. He has one goal to his name.

In the Championship, Super Eagles goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme, kept his tenth clean sheet of the season in Wolverhampton Wanderers’ goalless draw at home to Rotherham United at the Molineux stadium.

Ikeme has made 33 appearances in the English Football League Championship and has made 69 saves.

In Portugal, highly-rated Chidozie Awaziem was benched for all 90 minutes in FC Porto’s 2-1 away win over Academica. Awaziem has made seven appearances in the league for Porto.

In Turkey, the duo of Aminu Umar and Raheem Lawal featured for Osmanlispor who thumped Antalyaspor 3-0. While Umar made his 25th start in the encounter, scoring six times, Lawal replaced Pape Alioune Ndiaye in the 71st minute for his 12th game since joining from Eskisehirspor in January. He has scored once.
