Enyeama: My Best’s Yet To Come

EnyeamaSuper Eagles first choice goalkeeper,Vincent Enyeama says he wants to be better than he presently is and win more awards in the future.

The Lille of France goalie was voted the best African player in the French Lique 1 last weekend and believes his fans have not seen his best yet.

‘I really worked very hard to get to the level I am today but I am confident I can get even better.I want to become better than this so that I can win more awards in future,’’Lille’s official website quoted the former Enyimba of Aba player as saying in his reaction to the award.

Enyeama revealed that the award will inspire him to be at his best for Nigeria at the FIFA World Cup next month in Brazil.

‘This award is inspiring because of the man who it is named after (Marc- Vivien Foe).Vivien Foe worked tirelessly for Cameroun before he died on the pitch a few years back.I think this will inspire me to give my best in Brazil.It will give me more confidence at the World Cup,’’ he said and thanked his coach at Lille,René Girard,his fellow players as well as the other support staff at Lille for making him win the award.
