A 2-1 win against fierce rivals, Rangers, their first since 2007 helped six-time Glo Premier League Champions, Enyimba keep in competition with Sunshine Stars at the top rung of the log on Sunday.

Sunshine Stars claimed the honour of mid- season leaders courtesy of a hard fought 2-1 home win against basement side, Taraba United, but the Peoples Elephants will go into the break with a more sense of accomplishment after securing a well deserved victory against their Oriental rivals, Rangers.
