EPL: Success Plays 14th Sub Role  In Watford Draw, Balogun Benched; Another 7-Goal Thriller As Liverpool Edge Palace

Isaac Success made his 14th substitute appearance in the EPL for Watford who drew goalless at home with Burnley at the Vicarage Road, reports Completesports.com.

The Nigeria forward came on for Ken Sema in the 57th minute of the encounter. It was his 22nd appearance of the season.

At Old Trafford, Leon Balogun was benched for the fourth successive game in the EPL for Brighton Hove Albion who lost 2-1 to Manchester United.

James Tomkins restored parity for Crystal Palace with a brilliant header in the 65th minute, but Mohamed Salah’s easy tap in and a brilliant finish from Saido Mane secured a comfortable win for Liverpool.

Max Meyer grabbed a consolatory goal for Palace firing a shot from close range.

At the Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth defeated West Ham United 2-0. Callum Wilson and Joshua King scored both goals for The Cherries.

At the St James Park, Newcastle United spanked Cardiff City 3-0 to boost their chances of surviving relegation. A brace from Fabian Schar and a goal in additional time from Ayoze Perez secured

Southampton defeated Everton 2-1 in another EPL game on Saturday, thanks to a stunning strike from James Ward Prowse and an own goal from Lucas Digne. Gylfi Sigurdsson halved the deficit in additional time of the game.
