By James Agberebi: Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo, has expressed his disappointment that Las Palmas could only draw 0-0 against Athletic Bilbao in Friday night’s Spanish LaLiga fixture.
Etebo, who is on loan from Portuguese top flight side Feirense, played his second straight game for Las Palmas in the draw against Bilbao.
His debut was in last Monday’s 1-0 home win against Malaga who paraded Nigerian duo Brown Ideye and Isaac Success who are also on loan from Tianjin Teda and Watford respectively.
“Tough game last night against a good team. Disappointed not to take all three points but pleased with another clean sheet and point away from home. Our fans were brilliant once again,” Etebo tweeted on Saturday.
Las Palmas are in the relegation zone in 18th position on 18 points in the league table.
