Greek Champions Olympiacos have qualified for the UEFA Europa League round of 16 after defeating Osmanlispor 3-0 on Thursdaynight.
A brace from Karim Ansarifard and another strike from Tarik Elyounoussi helped Olympiacos advance to the next round of the competition for the first time since 2011/12 .
With the first leg ending goalless in Greece, Ansarifard struck the opener in the 47th minute of the encounter for the Greek Champions.
The first half ended goalless as both sides struggled to create chances.
That strike was the second time Osmanlıspor would be conceding in seven European homes games in the 2016/17 campaign.
The Turkish side were without their Nigerian star Aminu Umar on the night.
The lead was doubled in the 70th minute by Elyounoussi who marked his 29th birthday with a crucial second in Ankara for the visitors with a thumping header.
Ansarifard grabbed in his second of the game with a brilliant header to send Olympiacos to the round of 16.
The defeat was the first home defeat for Osmanlispor in competition this season.
The Greek champions will know their opponent in the next round when the draw for the last-16 draw takes place in Nyon on Friday.
