Former Super Eagles assistant coach and Black Leopards head coach Jean Francois Losciuto is confident his side will be well prepared for the Premier Soccer League promotional playoffs in July, reports Completesportsnigeria. com.

Black Leopards finished third in the South African second tier, the National First Division,  with 50 points from 30 games.

Black Leopards will take on Stellenbosch in their first game on July 2nd before taking on the 15th-placed team in the Absa Premiership.

Losciuto told the official website of the PSL that he is amazed at the level of competitiveness of the league.

"The PSL is the best league in Africa. I used to think that the Tunisian league was the best but I was wrong," the Belgian, who worked with Sunday Oliseh in the Super Eagles technical crew, said.

"The team was not in a good position when I joined and I am happy that we were able to finish in a good position.

"I will take a squad of 24 players to a 10-day camp in preparation for the Play-off."
