Nigerian striker Chisom Egbuchulam was on target for his Swedish second division club Falkenbergs FF in their 4-1 away win against IFK Vaernamo on Tuesday.

The goal was Egbuchulam’s fourth goal in seven league games since joining Falkenbergs from Hacken on April 2018.

Also, it was his second goal in his last four league appearances for his side.

For Falkenbergs, it was back-to-back league wins for them and their third win in their last four league games (three wins, one draw).

Falkenbergs are now top with Tuesday’s win in the Swedish second-tier on 23 points after 10 games in the 16-team league table.

Egbuchulam was a member of Enugu Rangers side that won the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) last two seasons after over a 30-year wait.

In October 2016, Egbuchulam was called up to the Nigeria senior squad and was an unused substitute as the Super Eagles beat Zambia 2-1 away in Ndola on matchday one of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
