Fabregas Reflects On Arsenal Debut 11 Years Ago

Cesc Fàbregas has taken to Instagram to reflect on the 11th anniversary of his Arsenal debut.
Arsène Wenger handed Fàbregas his first start for the visit of Rotherham United in the League Cup at the tender age of 16 years and 177 days.

The Arsenal midfielder went on to win the Community Shield and FA Cup with the north London side before being named captain in November 2008.

Fàbregas completed a £35m move to Barcelona in 2011, and the Spain international won La Liga and Copa del Rey during three seasons at Camp Nou.

The 27-year-old was also part of the glorious Spain era in recent years, winning the World Cup and back-to-back European championships.

And the Chelsea midfielder, who sealed a £27m switch to the Blues this summer, took to Instagram to post a collage to pay tribute to a great 11 years since his debut.
