Nigeria Professional Football League side, FC Ifeanyiubah, have imported no fewer than eight Brazilians as the team prepare for the 2015/2016 domestic league season, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The contingent arrived in Nigeria Wednesday and headed for Ibadan where the club are camped for their pre-season activities.
Completesportsnigeria.com understands that the contingent is made up of coaches, interpreters and players.
Chairman of the club, Chukwuma Ubah, confirmed they have brought in some Brazilians to bolster the squad.
He said they are eight in number, including players and coaches as well as others, and promised to give further details later.
Ifeanyiubah are camped at Lead City University Ibadan for their pre-season.
In 2009/2010 Peter Panov, a Bulgarian, wore the shirts of Heartland of Owerri during their domestic and continental campaigns.
