Prime FC of Osogbo goalkeeper, Adejare Adeniyi has distinguished himself as one the players that would be first in the pecking order of the stars hitting headlines in the on-going Federations Cup.

The Osun-state born goal tender sttod between First Bank and victory while his yeowmans job against gateway FC will go down as one the greatest moment of this year’s Federations Cup moments.

The omoluabi giants fans hailed the goalkeeping hero after his heroic saves kept the Osun darling team in the competition Federation Cup .

Indeed, Prime fans watched in disbelief as the Ogbomosho-born goaltender saved shot after shot from the spot-kicks,to keep the 2012 Federation Cup giant Killers in the tournament.

“I thank God for my form so far. It has been the will of God but, I have been a keen penalty stopper since I was in secondary school and stopping spots kicks has always been part of me but, I thank God for the performance of the team so far,” said the omoluabi hero.

He was instrumental to Prime defeating Elkanemi Babes in the round of 64, edging out last year’s finalist, Warri Wolves, in the round of 32, First Bank in Round of 16 and also repeated same magic wand against Gateway United.

The former Crown FC safehands has saved 10 penalties for Prime in 20 penalty kicks he has faced, having been doing well in training with spot kicks.
