Nigeria’s U-20 side, the Flying Eagles will know their opponents in the group stage of this year’s U-20 WAFU Cup on November 6, reports Completesportsnigeria. com.
The competition will be staged in Lome, Togo from December 6 to December 16.
Hosts Togo and Nigeria have already been seeded in Groups A and B for the sub-regional football competition.
The Black Satellites of Ghana, Burkina Faso, Niger, Cote d’l voire , Senegal and Benin Republic are the other teams that will be participating in the competition.
The Flying Eagles will use the competition to prepare for the 2019 Africa U-20 Nations Cup to be staged in Niger.
Paul Aigbogun’s men will also look to make a big impression at the competition to make a big statement ahead of the AFCON.
