Four NPFL Clubs Jostle For 3SC’s Ogunbote

Shooting Stars head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote, could be on his way out of the club following interest in his services by four other clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Ogunbote first worked with 3SC during the 2014/2015 season, replacing Franklin Howard who was sacked due to poor performance. Ogunbote helped the club secure their top flight status.

He rejoined the Oluyole Warlords last season after  spending the first  few months of the campaign with Giwa FC and also steered the club to safety.

He is now regarded as one of the best coaches in the the country after a similar impressive stint with Sunshine Stars Football Club of Akure.
