League Two club Notts County have offered former Super Eagles striker Shola Ameobi a new deal.
The duration of the deal was however not revealed according to a report on Nottingham Post.
The 35-year-old Nigerian scored four goals for the club since joining the club in February till the end of the season.
The former Newcastle United and Bolton striker joins the likes of Richard Duffy, Curtis Thompson, Elliott Hewitt, Haydn Hollis and Rob Milsom who have been offered new deals to stay at the English fourth-tier club.
Notts County will also retain the services of the injured Michael O'Connor, Adam Collin, Carl Dickinson, Matt Tootle and striker Jonathan Forte.
Meanwhile, the club will be releasing apprentices Tamar Clayton-Naute, Nathan Cobain, George Collett-McCartney, Harry Gibbons and Yohan Rutty Smith.
Notts County manager Kevin Nolan told Nottingham Post: "This is the toughest time of the season for a manager and I haven't enjoyed it one bit.
"I am, however, confident we have made the right decisions and put fair offers on the table."
