Despite a third successive defeat, Bournemouth skipper Simon Francis believes the front four in the team are in the form of their lives.
The Cherries have had a slight blip in their march up the table and Sunday’s defeat to Arsenal was their third on the bounce but it also saw the return of Joshua King after a spell out with an ankle injury.
Ryan Fraser, David Brooks, Callum Wilson were joined by King and despite their loss to the Gunners, which was unlucky, captain Francis insisted the Cherries were still putting in displays that are worrying the top teams.
He told the Daily Echo: “I said before the Arsenal game that I thought our front four could win it for us. They have that kind of threat. “Brooksy, Wee Man, Callum and Kingy are in great form – probably the form of their careers. We have to keep that confidence high and I’m sure Kingy’s will be after Sunday.
“What I liked about Kingy’s goal was he took it with his left foot. Maybe a couple of years ago he might have shifted it on to his right foot and not backed himself with his left. “I look at our front four and they are all representing their counties and doing well,” added Francis.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
