Acting president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Mike Umeh, says he has approved the request of coach Emmanuel Amuneke for the team to stay back in camp till their final qualifying match in September.
“We understand the challenges, but be rest assured that we would continue with your camping in Calabar,” Umeh says..
Meanwhile, media officer of the team, Morankiyo Abodurin while speaking with Completesportsnigeria.com hails the eagerness of the players to improve their game.
“The players are level-headed and keen to learn new things everyday.
“We are proud of their efforts so far, but there is still some work to be done. The boys are in good spirit,” Morankiyo enthuses.
