Hammers Look To Land Leicester Chief

West Ham are said to be ready to make a move to bring Leicester City’s head of recruitment to the club to oversee their transfer moves. Eduardo Macia has been with the Foxes since he replaced Steve Walsh back in 2016 after previously working with Rafa Benitez at Liverpool in the same role.

The Hammers are said to have made a move to land him as their new director of football before eventually giving the role to Mario Husillos but now, according to ESPN, they see Macia as the perfect partner to work alongside Husillos at the London Stadium.

The Hammers have reportedly offered him a huge pay rise to make the move to London but face competition for his services as AC Milan are also keen to take him Italy, and the Foxes may make a renewed effort to keep him with them.
