Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe believes his side are starting to reap the benefits of having three years experience in the Premier League. The Cherries have made a perfect start to the current campaign, seeing off Cardiff in their opening game of the season before battling past West Ham United with a 2-1 win at the London Stadium.
When asked if he thinks his team now know what it takes to win games in the top flight, he told the Daily Echo: “Without a doubt. I think it comes with the experience of dealing with the Premier League.
“The players have been there a few seasons and have seen most things.
“They have experienced most highs and lows and that is starting to pay dividends for us in certain situations because a game can change very quickly.”
With the games coming thick and fast, Bournemouth next welcome Everton to the Vitality Stadium on Saturday, before MK Dons make the trip to the south coast the following Tuesday in the EFL Cup.
