Super Eagles forward Brown Ideye is optimistic West Bromwich Albion will bounce back from Tuesday’s 2-1 home defeat to West Ham United.
Coach Allen Irvine side lost their fourth straight game despite taking the lead through Craig Dawson on 10 minutes. Kevin Nolan drew the Hammers level on 35 minutes before James Tomkins made it two in first half added time.
Reacting to the defeat, Ideye wrote on his twitter page: “Big thanks to all the #wbafc fans for all the support last night (Tuesday)we will surely bounce back with full force #bigthanks #GreatGod.”
Ideye replaced Chris Baird on 83 minutes to earn his fourth EPL game for the Baggies since joining from Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev.
The AFCON 2013 winner is yet to score his first league goal for the Baggies. His only goal for West Brom so far was in a Capital One Cup clash against Hull City at the Hawthorns in September which they won 3-2.
