The Bulgarian becomes the sixth coach to be fired in the Glo Premier League this season, just 14 weeks into the campaign.
Completesportsnigeria.com was informed by Co-ordinator of the club, Olisa Onuchukwu, that the entire coaching crew of the club has been asked to step aside by the hierarchy of the club.
Onuchukwu, a former proprietor of Enugu City FC, disclosed that the decision was taken after high-level management meeting on Monday.
He disclosed that former U-17 Golden Eaglets and two-time Flying Eagles handler, John Obuh, has been handed the coaching job of the team.
The massive clearance of the coaching personnel of the cub may not be unconnected with the team's 1-0 defeat at home to Wikki Tourists of Bauchi, Sunday at Rojenny Stadium, Oba, near Onitsha in a match day 14 tie.
It was IfeanyiUbah's first home defeat of the season and the first time the team would concede a goal at home so far in the season.
Onuchukwu further disclosed that Willy Udube, who guided the team to promotion and who was second in command to the Bulgarian gaffer, may be handed a new role in the team.
"We have about four teams in IfeanyiUbah, Udube could be moved to any of the teams," Onuchukwu told completesportsnigeria.com.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
