Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo scored his ninth Premier League goal for Watford who defeated Norwich a 2-0 at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
Ighalo had his header ruled out for offside in the encounter in the 41st minute before his goal in the 90th minute.
Troy Deeney opened scoring for Watford in the first half after the lively Ighalo was brought down for a penalty.
Meanwhile, Iheanacho could do little to stop Manchester City from suffering their fourth defeat of the season in a 2-0 loss in the hands of Stoke City who missed the services of Peter Odemwingie due to a hamstring injury.
Iheanacho came on for Wilfred Bony in the 57th minute of the defeat at the Britannia stadium on Saturday for his tenth appearance this season.
He has scored once so far in the league and three in all competitions while Odemwingie has made two EPL appearances
At Old Trafford, Victor Moses was forced make way in the 36th minute after he suffered a knock in a collision with Bastian Schweinsteiger in West Ham’s goalless draw against Manchester United.
It was his tenth appearance with a goal for the Hammers since joining on a season loan deal from Chelsea.
