Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is confident he will lead Manchester City's attack well in the absence of suspended Sergio Aguero reports Completesportsnigeria.
Iheanacho made his sixth appearance for City and scored the leveller as his side forced Celtic to a 1-1 draw at the Ethiad Stadium Tuesday night.
The 20-year-old is expected to lead the line for Manchester City in matches against Leicester City, Watford, Arsenal and Hull City in the English Premier League.
"I have the responsibility now to be the striker in the team and replace Sergio for four games," Iheanacho told the BBC after the match against Celtic.
"They [Celtic] are a good side with quality players and we are pleased to get a draw.
"It wasn't the result we wanted but we are pleased. We responded well to going behind and I am pleased to score."
Iheanacho has scored 13 goals in 18 starts for City who qualified for the second round of the Champions League, finishing second behind Barcelona.
