Imama Amapakabo has promised to bring glory to Rangers following his reappointment as technical adviser of the side, reports Completesportsnigeria.com
The former Enyimba coach took over from Kelechi Emeteole last season and led the club to a 12th place finish on the log.
He alongside former handler of the side, Okey Emordi, were considered as favourites for the job.
The club has however put their faith in him for the 2015/2016 season, challenging him to win a trophy or secure a continental ticket at the end of the campaign.
“It’s a big honour to manage a top side like Rangers last season and I’m happy that I will still be in charge of the team next season,” he told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“Hopefully I can help the club win titles in different competitions next season and beyond.”
The Flying Antelopes are yet to win a domestic title in over three decades.
